In the kitchen I have always been one of those guys who just throws things together and they turn out pretty good. The problem has been that prior to this whole “I’m Way 2 Fat” effort those meals did not take healthy eating into consideration. Take a look at what I made today!
Baked chicken pieces, cashews, steamed broccoli, red peppers and green peppers over a bed of brown rice. It actually tasted as good as it looked! This is really my kind of diet!
